Ann has worked for over thirty years in general mental health and, specifically, with people affected by eating disorders in inpatient, day hospital, out-patient and community settings. She was the founding Program Director of Sheena’s Place, a non-medical support program for people affected by eating disorders. More recently, Ann was the Clinical Director of WaterStone Clinic, a highly specialized day-treatment program. Ann has written and presented academically and has been an expert speaker for the media on new trends in the area of eating disorders, as well as Behavioral Change, Body Image, Self-Esteem, Mood, and Anxiety. Ann has a warm and compassionate approach and her manner is direct and honest. She has helped people change behavior, build hope and motivation, and restore dignity to their lives. She does not hesitate to collaborate and consult on behalf of her clients assuring them of the best possible care.
