Sepideh Saedi is a registered Psychotherapist who completed her Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from University of Toronto. She completed her clinical training at Lakeridge Health Hospital at their Adult Outpatient and Interact Mental Health Community programs where she conducted psychodiagnostic assessments and provided individual psychotherapy for adults. She further worked at Lakeridge Health Hospital’s Outpatient Eating Disorders program where she provided individual psychotherapy for adults and facilitated psychoeducational workshops for parents and caregivers of individuals with eating disorders and other comorbidities.
Sepideh has specialized training in working with individuals struggling with emotional dysregulations, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as eating disorders. She also has extensive experience in serving individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses, co-occurring with complex trauma, as well as conducting assessments for individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.
Sepideh’s approach is empathic, intellectually curious, and collaborative; always keeping clients goals in mind. Based on client’s needs, Sepideh draws on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EFT, and Mindfulness to facilitate the process of change.
