Angeli Sareen is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) with 10 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and long standing patterns that feel difficult to shift.
She completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Toronto, specializing in Health and Mental Health, and her Bachelor of Social Work at Niagara University. She has additional training in attachment theory, inner child work, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and practices from a trauma informed lens.
Angeli’s work focuses on helping individuals understand the emotional and behavioural patterns they’ve developed over time which are often rooted in early experiences. These patterns show up in thoughts, relationships, and day to day life. Many clients come to therapy feeling like they’ve been holding it together for a long time, while internally experiencing overthinking, self-doubt, or difficulty trusting themselves.
She works collaboratively with clients to build awareness of these patterns and develop more grounded, intentional ways of thinking, relating, and responding. This includes strengthening communication with yourself and others, navigating conflict more effectively, and building a greater sense of self trust.
Angeli brings a culturally sensitive and inclusive lens to her work and welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. She is an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and strives to create a space that is respectful, affirming, and supportive.
Her approach is client-centred, blending practical tools with deeper insight to support meaningful, lasting change. Clients gain clarity, strengthen emotional regulation and self alignment, and move toward more intentional, fulfilling ways of living.
