Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 CAD per year

Duties:
- Establishing financial and administrative objectives for the clinic and formulating and approving policies and programs with Dr. Katz’s input
- Preparing financial statements
- Implementing best in class financial systems
- Maintaining exceptional relationships with clinicians
- Reporting to Dr. Katz on all aspects of business
- Authorizing and organizing the establishment of senior staff positions within the clinic
- Allocating material, human and financial resources to implement the clinic’s policies and programs;
- Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall personnel planning with Dr. Katz’s input
- Selecting middle managers or other executive staff
- Coordinating the work of administrative staff, finance and administrative outsourced professionals, and clinical professionals
- Representing the clinic, or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the clinic, in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, or business administration is required
- Senior level management experience is required
- 10+ years of experience in finance
- Experience in financial accounting and preparing financial statements
- Experience implementing financial systems
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience in staff and professional management
