Dr. Mandy Fulton is registered as a Clinical Psychologist. Dr. Fulton completed her combined Master’s and Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of New Brunswick, following the completion of her Honours B.A. at St. Thomas University.

Dr. Fulton’s research and clinical interests include improving the quality of life for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Fulton completed her pre-doctoral residency at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in Toronto. She received training in psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessments and intervention on the chronic pain, concussion, neuromotor, neuropsychology, and social communication teams. She has completed clinical training in various mental health settings including hospitals, community mental health, and elementary schools. She has provided assessment, consultation, and intervention for children and youth with autism spectrum disorder for 8 years and has worked within an elementary school setting over the past 3 years.

Dr. Fulton specializes in the assessment and intervention of children and youth. She has extensive experience supporting children and youth with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, mood, and stress, behavioural challenges and emotion regulation, chronic pain, and social communication. She also has training and experience with parent consultation paired with intervention with children and youth. Dr. Fulton creates a collaborative environment to develop and meet assessment and treatment goals. She builds strong therapeutic relationships drawing on the strengths of the client and family. Using evidence-based approaches, Dr. Fulton uses cognitive behavioural, acceptance and commitment, and solution-focused therapies to meet the unique needs of the individual in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
